Snead State Media Club

Who We Are...

 

We are a diverse group of students, faculty and staff who have an interest in photography, videography, writting/journalism, video production, web design, audio recording, and other forms of media.  Our desire is to gain experiance, build our portfolios, and foster friendship all while giving back to the college and the community.  Meetings consist of various workshops, field trips, guest speakers, project planning/execution and fundraising.  

 

During the 2013-2014 school year the Media Club hosted 2 events that were the first ever on campus.  The first was an outdoor movie night held in October and the second was Snead States Got Talent (like America's Got Talent but for Snead students).  Both of these events are being planned to occur annually each year along with other events and funraiser projects dedicated to giving back to the local community.
